I'll make this short. I'm leaving Blogger. I'm moving all my efforts to a sinle site, http://homebrewedtarot,com
I've decided to combine my digital storefront with my writing efforts. I'm kinda hoping that if I put them both in the same place, I'll generate more income.
Everything has been moved. Come visit my new home! This will stay up 'till them end of the month.

Things I Miss (Part IV)
I recently gave up my license, voluntarily. I traded it in for a non-driver ID card. In a way, it was an odd moment, but necessary. My failing coordination, and the loss of feeling in my lower legs, would have made me a danger to myself and those around me. I haven't actually driven in several years, so, it was just time.

THE DONALD
There are a couple of things I want to say about President Trump.
First, I respect your right to make your own decision, and I would never want to take that away.
Second, I haven't like Donald Trump for over 40 years. He bought the United Shuttle back in the early seventies, pronounced it "a jewel", and sold it at a loss a few years later.
Third, the last election was unique. It featured the two most unpopular candidates in history. If Trump had run against anyone other than Hillary, he would have lost, big.
Fourth, he won, fair and square. He might win again. But, he'll do it with out me. I have no respect for the man, and he will never, ever get my vote.

Impeachment
This is so laughable, I had to say something.
Our President, Donald J. Trump, apparently said that legally, he can't be impeached. That ignores one basic truth. Impeachment is a political move, not a legal one. If you have the votes, it can happen.

First of all, I'm not a pundit, or a professional media-watcher. I just got an email from the White House stating that only 4 percent of Americans have a high opinion of Congress. I'm not surprised. I've said for years we should throw the whole lot of them out.
What it fails to mention is that our President's approval rating has hovered around 40 percent for his entire term. Is over half the country wrong? I think not.
When we clean house, we should do a thorough job.

A Totally Unexpected Result
Not everyone will agree with this. That's OK. One of the beautiful things about bring American is that it's fine to disagree.
I've noticed a very surprising side-effect from the Trump Presidency. It illustrated, in very real terms, that anyone can become President. At my last count, 14 Democrats and 2 Republicans were running. That's the most I can recall.
I'm encouraged by the diversity of the Democratic field. The fact that Trump, a non-politician, won shows that the old saying is, in fact, true. The coming campaign is shaping up to be the most fun in years.
Make sure you pay attention, and vote!
